Fees & Remuneration
Initial consultation and assessment are completely free.

The fees paid to us by any lender are not used as a basis for choosing that lender. We recommend the best lender after taking into account all costs, including arrangement fees, interest and broker fees (if charged).
With commercial, development and bridging loans we typically receive a share of the lenders arrangement fee. The lender arrangement fee is deducted from the facility on completion. If a lender does not cover our fee then we would charge between 0.5% and 1% separately upon successful completion of the loan.
For residential and buy to let mortgages over £500,000 no fee is usually charged as the lenders cover our costs. If a top up fee is required to cover any shortfall in fees received by us from the lender, then we will inform you right at the beginning during initial conversations.

For some cases where we have to collate a lot of information or the case is particularly tricky there may be a small admin fee charged at application stage. These admin fees are between £250 and £500.
